no offence to anyone on here, but if your a diabetic dont eat the pasta and ramen noodle and all that stuff. It has alot of carbs and will raise your blood sugar. 1/2 cup of whole wheat pasta has 42 carbs and 1/2 cup of sauce has 12 carbs, not great for alot of meals. Eating it once in a while isnt bad but not everyday. Meat is good for you, it has no carbs and some of it is cheap. Eggs, meat, non starchy vegetables are your best bet it suck having to shop on a small budget i know. chicken and tuna is good for you plus the canned tuna and chicken isnt expensive.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

If you are diabetic, the best thing to do is stay away from all animal products: meat, fish and dairy. This will trim back your budget.

It's OK to eat pasta, contrary to what some people may think. Stay away from the cheese - it's an animal product, remember? If you buy prepared sources, check the labels. Stay away from fats and oils.

Eat lots of fruit and vegetables.

Diabetics can eat anything a non-diabetic can eat. You just have to make an adjustment for carbs/sugars. Learn here https://tr.im/XsGc0

It is better for diabetics to eat slow burning carbs: potatoes, peanut butter, vegetables, breads, dairy products, etc. VS. fast burning carbs: candy, sugared soda, cakes, ice cream, anything high in sugar. Just know what your carb/insulin ratios (how much insulin you have to give yourself for the amount of carbs you are intaking) are. Adjust according to the amount of carbs(sugars) you are intaking. And, you should be fine. Natural sugars are better than processed sugars.

Since your going to be off anyways... try the local farmers market and eat only fresh foods! Thats the healthly way to do it anyway.

There really is NO "special" diet you need for diabetes just fresh and healthly small portions. Nothing bigger that will fit in the palm of your hand should be eaten at any one time.

Good Luck

I think beans are good, cheap, and decent for diabetics. I have made red beans and rice. I use brown rice though.
